Are Your Goals Wild Enough For You?
Sometimes I feel like I am not making progress fast enough. Every day I wake up and I do what I need to do. But sometimes after days and days of doing the same things it just starts to feel stagnant.
One of the exercises I love to do to get me out of the stagnation and funk is that I brainstorm all of my goals.
When I say brainstorm, I mean to put everything down and don’t hold back any of it. Do you want to have a private jet and learn to be a pilot? Write it down. Do you want to live in Beverly Hills with Kardashians for neighbors? Write it down. Do you want to live off grid and have 100 acres and nobody for miles and miles? Write it down. Do you want to revolutionize the medical/health field and get people to take charge of their own physical and mental state? Write it down.
There is something magical about pen and paper.
I always get inspired after doing this exercise and I find some things I can do right now that are productive and get me closer to the achievement of some of my goals.
Don’t forget to dream and come up with big, exciting, wild, intense goals.
