I did my first day official day of the exercise/diet program.
Long story short, I hired a personal trainer to work with me for a month virtually (at least one month, we will see if I do more) and I started that on Monday January 16th. My goal is strength and stability and not rapid weight loss. I have a regimen of 3 days a week of weight training, 1+ days a week of cardio and I have a target of calories/macros.
So far, so good! I am sore today but not too sore
I am doing weight training and I have been given about 5 exercises to start and I do 3-4 sets of each exercise with various weights.
I slept really great and woke up before my alarm went off.
I am still figuring out the best foods to eat for this program and how to make things that taste good without adding a bunch of extra calories with oils and sauces and such. I also donāt want to eat a bunch of artificial food chemicalsā¦ so this is a challenge. There are a bunch of 0/low calorie products that I wouldnāt put in my body.
When I get a handle on thisā¦ I will share results with you guys if you are interested.
