Being a Drug Free Artist

Living in this world and this culture as a drug-free individual (especially as an artist/creative) is very interesting. 

I don’t go to parties where I think people will be doing drugs or drinking too much alcohol. I don’t mind a dinner party where people have some drinks. I don’t need everyone in my life to be completely straight-edge. Moderation is key though. 

But in a world here people smoke pot and do shrooms recreationally, it is a weird thing to navigate. 

I don’t want to be around people who are under the influence of drugs. It isn’t fun for me. 🙃

I don’t go hang out at bars. 

I love being drug free. 
I am clearheaded every day and I am happier than I ever was when I drank too much alcohol or was hung over.
