Complete: 30 Day Challenge – Walking 4 Miles Every Day

I am a believer in the profound benefits of walking every day. There are so many philosophers and artists from the past and present that discuss the benefits of walking.

While doing this 30 day challenge I kept saying yes to new opportunities and reaching out to connect with more and different people.  I have a new job that I am starting on Monday that is very exciting for my family!! 

I feel great every day, I have energy, and I LOVE getting out and doing my 4 miles.  I don’t want to stop. I am hooked.
