Meeting My Mother In Law
The first time I ever met Ben’s mom I had accidentally given him a black eye. I had elbowed him in my sleep ðŸ˜
I was so embarrassed and Ben had told me about how important his mom is to him and how great she is.
We walked in and the first thing Ben says is that “She gave me a black eye!!!!!” Impishly!!!
I was so flustered that I blurted out “Well, he deserved it.”
She says to me “Of course he did honey, we all get exactly what we deserve” and she gave me a big lovely mom hug.
That was the moment I fell in love with Ben’s mom. 🤣😂
